    SHIPPING

    -Where do you ship to?

    As of now we only ship within the United States of America.

     

    -When are orders shipped?

    All orders are processed Monday – Friday from 9AM – 5PM Pacific Standard Time and shipped within 24 hours after processing.

     

    -What type of shipping services do you offer?

    We currently only offer USPS First Class Mail for all orders under 12 ounces.

    We offer USPS Priority Mail for larger orders and currently willing to take special requests via email at support@pm-studios.com. Please feel free to contact us for special shipping requests on larger orders.

    -How do I update my address for my preorder?

    PAYMENTS

     

    -What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Square. We do not accept personal check or cash.

     

    -Can you explain some order status information?

    Awaiting Payment: When you pay via PayPal, Debit Card, or Credit Card, your order status will be listed as Awaiting Payment.
    Awaiting Shipment: Your order has been processed and your order is currently being prepared to be shipped out.
    Shipped: Your order has been shipped.
     

    -Who do I contact with any payment problems?

    CUSTOMS

    You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office or check their website for more information. Additionally, when ordering from PM-Studios.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

    Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
